Our restaurant is currently open for the 2012-13 school year.

We are open Wednesdays through Fridays.

A Touch of Class is operated by the Clark County Skills Center's Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts Program

Hours of Operation:

Open: Weekly; Wednesday - Friday

Breakfast: 8:45AM-10:00AM (open for breakfast)

Lunch: 11:45AM-1:00PM

Sandwiches-All are fresh and tasty, created and constructed by our Student Chefs

Corned Beef, Swiss Cheese and Sauerkraut are Stacked high between Marble Rye Bread and Student made Thousand Island Dressing served with a side of Coleslaw

Our Student Chef’s are excited to present their House-made Entrée’s.

Each Entrée is served with Soup or Salad

Chicken Mushroom Ravioli $7.75

Chicken, Mushrooms herbs and spices folded in student made pasta with a Creamy Alfredo Sauce.
